LIVOGO has developed the ESG strategy for the Fund and its portfolio of companies, including the policy and the frameworks for monitoring and measuring ESG risks & opportunities, as well as all reporting mechanisms to stakeholders. LIVOGO has established the methodology and processes involved in every stage of the investment cycle including: screening, due-diligence, engagement and exit. LIVOGO has also developed and implemented the Impact thesis of the Fund and its investees including the alignment with the UN SDGs.
